 Fire Hydrant Servicing of DFW (Dallas Fort
Worth Metroplex) offers fire hydrant services such as Annual
Inspections & Maintenance, Painting, Cap exercising, Flushing, Flow
Testing, Mapping and GPSed, Trim obscuring vegetation, hydrant
repairs. All work is preformed in a timely manner.
- Yearly Maintenance Program: We will go to your property on an annual
bases and perform a full operation, pressure test, flush, and lubricate
your nozzles and caps of your hydrants. Annual flushing will help
remove sediments and deposits from your water mains and help remove
existing biofilms which will reduce taste and odor complaints.
- Flow Test: We will flow test your hydrants. And record
our calculations.
- Hydrant Repairs: Including but not limited to Rotate hydrants, repair traffic flange,
replace gaskets, caps, rework bonnet area, replace upper stems and
nuts and bolts.
- Painting: We will paint your hydrant to look as
close to new as possible. Your hydrant will be painted to satisfy
your local color code. We also paint PIV's (post indicator valves).
